At Long Reef we want to encourage children of all ages to enjoy coming to the Club regardless of whether they are old enough to pick up a club.
Long Reef Golf Club has a team of PGA professionals, providing introductory and developmental skills to kids and young golfers.

Chippers:
Run on Saturday afternoons, during school terms, this program is designed for kids who are interested in learning the foundations of golf. The program is a 1 hour lesson with PGA Professionals, followed by a supervised 6 hole competition with presentations and weekly prizes.
Juniors:
Our Junior Membership is designed for kids who have advanced through our Chippers program or have a GA handicap and are actively playing 18 holes. We offer the opportunity to represent LRGC in the Encourage Shield or Junior Pennant Teams.
