Since our club’s humble origins in 1921, we have grown exponentially. In the space of 90 years, we have garnered a reputation as one of the finest golf clubs in Sydney. Speaking of golf, our course is highly unique. With 18 holes of varying difficulties, a tremendous par 72 layout, spectacular panoramic ocean views and classic greenery, it is clearly a golfer’s dream, irrespective of one’s ability level. Do I require golf equipment and golf clothing?

Golf lessons North Shore are offered by qualified and friendly instructors. All you have to do is call or visit and a member of staff will help you pick a suitable time that is convenient for you and the professional that you choose.
There is no initial dress code during coaching in the early stages of undertaking the lessons at our golf courses in Sydney and practice areas. We encourage everyone to dress comfortably and appropriately for an outdoor sporting activity. Individual and group lessons are both available.

Is a café or restaurant available?

Non-members are welcome to visit golf clubs in Australia, enjoy our facilities and grab something to drink and eat. Under the NSW Registered Cubs Act, all guests residing with a 5K radius of Long Reef Golf Club are required by law to either be a member of the club or be signed in by an accompanying member. Please see our house membership for more details.
Club facilities provide a suitable venue for people to meet for drinks and snacks. Visitors to public golf courses in Sydney are advised to check in upon arrival. People who want to visit the café and bar can go directly to the Clubhouse upon arrival.
