Development Application Lodged – Clubhouse Master Plan

A major milestone has been reached in the Clubhouse Master Plan journey, with the Development Application (DA) officially lodged with Northern Beaches Council. This marks the beginning of the formal notification and assessment phase and represents the significant work by the Club and the Building Committee.

While this is an exciting advancement, the project is still in its early stages. Following determination of the Development Application, the Club will enter the next phase of Member consultation, detailed planning, and procurement. For context on the current timeline, the Club is still taking event bookings up to 24 months.

The Club will continue to provide updates as progress unfolds and thanks all Members for their continued interest and engagement.
