The Long Reef Friday Club is a great social club which has been running since 1932. Our aim is to provide an enjoyable round of golf, still within a properly run competition.
We play off the white tees (or in the case of the women the white or red, whichever is easier), and we have our own equitable handicapping system so your score doesn’t impact on your GA handicap.
For your information handicaps for each Friday Club division are as follows:
- Division 1. 1 – 20 inclusive
- Division 2. 21 – 28 inclusive
- Division 3. 29 plus
It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a game with a welcoming group of Members, or with your partner or guests. The competition offers prizes across three grades, and is open to any player of any age who is a Member of LRGC and visitors by invitation.
If you feel like a game on a Friday, put your name on the timesheet (Sunday night) and you’ll certainly be made very welcome.
